about

Recorded live at The Ranch to a 4-track cassette recorder, October 30, 2007 after a lovely vegan potluck (because the nutritional is political), and read between acoustic sets while Fantasia played behind me, in silence on a big screen television, much to my dismay.

Millennium Blues was begun in Toronto, at said location, and continued on further south, in an area which was once dubbed: The Garden Gateway to Canada, but has since turned into an automotive manufacturing wasteland, predominantly. Much of it was conceived, if not written, from my own kind of ramshackle hovel; sitting up against a tree, and hidden by the as of yet, unfallen leaves and wildflowers.
